June 16-18 are the dates for 2017 Mountain Jam; the premiere music festival in the Catskills, held against the backdrop of Hunter Mountain.  Mountain Jam is a three-day event, featuring about 40 bands on three stages. This year’s headliners are Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Steve Miller Band, and The String Cheese Incident along with Peter Frampton, The Head and the Heart, Gary Clark, Jr, Michael Franti & Spearhead, St. Paul and the Broken Bones and lots more. There are late night shows, kids activities, seminars, etc. throughout the festival.  Mountain Jam has a mellow, relaxed vibe, exciting music, doesn’t get crazy and is a cool way to spend a weekend.
