We created Catskillist because we’re passionate about the awesome people and amazing things going on here in the Catskills region. This is a vibrant, magical place that more and more people are visiting, vacationing in and calling home.

Every day it seems like another great little show, special event or funky market is popping up. We’ve got festivals in Phoenicia and the ski resorts, clubs in Kingston and Woodstock, street crawls in Saugerties, random celebrations in Rosendale – and that’s just the start of it.

It’s hard to keep it all on the radar, whether you’re a longtime local or an Airbnb weekender.

That’s where Catskillist comes in.

Until now there’s been no single cross-platform calendar of the coolest things happening in these hills. From Hunter to the Hudson River (and beyond when it’s worth it), Catskillist stays current with local clubs, arts orgs, makers and doers. We make it our business to be on top of hometown happenings and stay connected with those in the know.
